Q. Do you have a return goods policy ?
For Pre-Order Merchandise all sales are final.
A. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may make a request for replacement or refund within 2 days from the date you receive the item. Since all items are purchased from US / overseas :
- Warranty is void in Malaysia; and
- Return / exchange is only valid in US and overseas. Azurebagz will provide assistance for the return/exchange process to the merchants overseas should you intend to. All the shipment fees and related costs (if any) shall be borne entirely by you.
- For exceptional cases you will incur a 10-15% restocking fee plus the shipping charge, including insurance, to ship back to us. All returned items must be in NEW and UNUSED condition with all tags attached, in order to receive refund.
Returns:
Return Request: Kindly include *Your order number, your full name, and the date the order was placed and received.

If the parcel is returned because the incorrect delivery address or the received refused to accept the goods, the fee for the items will be refunded and the shipping fee + 15% handling fee will be at the buyer cost.

Items returned must be in new condition (i.e, not used, opened or broken), in the original manufacturer's packaging and with all original contents included i.e, tags affixed, dustbag, accessories, etc (if any). Any used, scratches or damages caused by own careless will not be accepted.

Refunds are made in the Credit card or other payment method and may take up to maximum ten business days to process after we receive the tracking number for the returned goods. Please note card refunds may take up to ten business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers, and the process may be faster by interbank transfer.
Exchange:For Pre-Order Items only exchange allowed and no refund.
- Exchange Request: Kindly include *Your order number, your full name, and the date the order was placed and received and clearly state the style name / number, color and size for the new item.
- All requests must be filed within 2 days after receiving your merchandise.

- We will process your return and place an exchange order on hold under your name. A RM5 handling fee plus shipping charge will be added at your cost. You will be issued a new tracking number once your package has been shipped.
