Reserving An Order

Reserving the order is allowable for 48 hours. If there are another potential buyer requesting, we will inform you as well. Whoever pays first, would get the bag. First come first serve. We will only reserve upon receiving deposit on your bag. Every reservation should not be more than 14 days.

Cancelling An Order

If you want cancel the reservation or back out of sale, it is prohibited upon confirmation of order. If the order is processed or shipped status, the order cannot be cancelled. In such cases, the deposit will be forfeited. Reason being, we have already declined other buyers as once you reserved the item. We practise professionalism in our deals and expect the same from you. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause.

Q. Are shipping costs and duties included in the price ?

A.  Prices quoted do include shipping costs, customs or clearance charges and tax. Unless stated otherwise prior to payment. 

Q. I want to place an order, but would like to know how much shipping is going to cost first (overseas buyer only)?

A. We will calculate the total shipping cost after your order has been received. We will send you an order confirmation email stated the total shipping costs you have to pay. You can then decide to make payment.

Q. When is my order shipped? 

A. Orders placed during regular business hours (Monday through Friday) are typically processed and shipped within the same day or the next business day except for Saturday, Sunday and Malaysia Public Holiday. Once an order has processed, delivery time depends on the chosen shipping method and post office.

Q. What should i do if I place an order at online store but it have been out of stock or sold out?

A. While we make every effort to maintain supply of stock, occasionally we run out of certain items. If one or some of your purchases are out of stock, we will contact you via e-mail asap, Also we accept refund or changes when your goods are out of stock or sold out.

Q. What is your shipping method ?

A. At this moment, we are using PostLaju, Posexpress, SingPost, Citilink, UPS, DHL which is the fastest way and costs effective way. This shipping method includes the parcel tracking service (which we recommend). We will try our  best to lower the cost as much as possible, while protecting your valuable merchandise.

Q. How long will it take for my order to reach me ?

A. By using Post Laju, DHL, USPS, you can receive you items in 3-6 working days (Malaysia).Keep in mind that this is the amount of time it takes after we confirm your order and have received your payment, not after the time you place your order. For customers making payment via Paypal. After your payment has been verified, we will ship your order.

Pre-Order: 

50%-70% of deposit required to pre-order items subject to item value. We will forward you our pro-performa invoice and and the balance sum have to be paid within seven days from the date of our pro-performa invoice before the items are ready for dispatch. If no payment is received after the deadline, the 50% deposit will be forfeited  and no exchange of goods allowed. 

Special Request for Pre-Order: 

If in any way you are interested in a particular model / product and would like us to assist you. Please fill up the inquiry & suggestion form. Please note pre-order takes 2-3 weeks to deliver depend on custom duty, clearance, promptness of the shipment company. We recommend customers to include insurance in shipping to prevent any unforeseen circumstances. We will quote you our price which cover 7% or greater of sale taxes depending on where the items originated plus shipping cost.(estimated shipping cost is USD40/kg. Any additional charges i.e. custom duty, clearance in your country , exchange rate (overseas buyer) is dependable on the region you are staying in as some places have stringent rules.
