Step 2: After receiving your order, we will email you the total shipping cost in less than 48 hours. Free shipping for customers in Malaysia.
Step 3: After your payment has been received, your items will be delivered by Pos Laju or UPS.

Returned Goods Policy
When you shop with Azurebagz, we want you to be completely satisfied. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order from us, you may make complaint about the goods or return it for a replacement or refund. Before making complaint or returning your order, please take time to read our refund or return policy below:
Refund & Return
Items must be returned in new condition (i.e., not used, opened or broken), in the original manufacturer's packaging and with all original contents included. Any used, scratches or damages caused by own careless will not be accepted.
Postage fees of refund are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived defective, incorrect or broken.

- You will be responsible for the returning & shipping fee (from you to us and us to you).
- If we discover nothing wrong with returned items , we will promptly ship them back to you. In these cases, you will be responsible for the shipping fees in both directions.
- If the parcel is returned because the incorrect delivery address or the receiver refused to accept the goods, the fee of the goods will be refunded, the shipping fee won't be refunded.
